Safe
Save, a Project of BRAC: offering
poor people reliable tools to manage their money

SafeSave works in eight low-income areas of Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh.

The organisation was founded in 1996 by Stuart Rutherford, a microfinance worker from the UK, and Rabeya Islam, a Dhaka housewife with many years experience of running savings clubs among poor people.

In January 2014 became a Project of BRAC, Bangladesh's biggest and best-known NGO.
